Overview:
The SCORCH 2024 Annual Meeting is an In-Person meeting to be held in Denver, Colorado at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa, September 12 - 13, 2024. Attendance at the SCORCH Annual Meeting is limited to SCORCH members only, or one’s approved designee. The meeting will not be recorded and remote participation is not an option.

The educational program is available for your review, here. For planning purposes, do note that the meeting will start at 8 AM on Thursday, September 12th, and conclude by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 13th.

Gather with your colleagues at the SCORCH Annual Dinner. Attire is business casual. Guests are limited to one per attendee. We hope you will join us!
Membership Requirement:
SCORCH annual dues include registration to the annual meeting, irrespective of participation.
If you are unable to join us and would like to send a designee in your stead, please notify the SCORCH office via email at scorch@spr.org. If you would like for an additional representative from your institution to join you at the meeting, we welcome their participation as well. There is an additional fee for each additional attendee and notification must be sent to the SCORCH office via email at scorch@spr.org for processing.

While you may not be able to receive the group rate for your full stay, they should be able to help you book a reservation that will best meet your needs. Reservations may sell out prior to the group block deadline noted above; therefore, it is recommended that you book your room as soon as possible. Reservations made after the deadline will be based on room availability, and the group rate cannot be confirmed.
